Charles Clay Signs With Arizona

Just days after being cut by the Buffalo Bills, veteran tight end Charles Clay has found a new home, signing a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals that is worth up to $3.25 million and includes a signing bonus of $350,000.

This is by no means going to make the Cardinals a title contender, but what it should do is give a nice veteran pass catcher to Josh Rosen, or any other quarterback playing for the Cardinals (Kyler Murray).

Over the course of his career, Clay has caught 23 touchdown passes and he has 339 catches that is averaging 10.7 yards per catch during his career.

At 30-years old Clay wants to prove that he can still play, and while the Cardinals are rebuilding they want someone that can be more reliable catching passes for them outside of Larry Fitzgerald.
